Common Questions

  • If your home has ceramic drains and had an EQC (now Natural Hazards Commission) claim after the 2010/2011 earthquakes, you may qualify for a free drainage survey. We’ll inspect your drains using a CCTV camera, provide a report, and if repairs are approved by the Commission, we’ll carry out the work. If no damage is found or it’s not approved, there’s no charge.

  • If we find damage related to the Christchurch quakes, we help prepare the report and submit the claim to the Natural Hazards Commission. Once they review and approve the scope, we carry out the work at no cost to you. We’ve handled thousands of claims — and we know what they’re looking for.
